Friends that came to visit over the summer!

Andre Brown came to visit us, we were honored he took time to come see us!

The three bishops of Wiesbaden Military Ward in order, Bishop Peck, Bishop Olmstead, and Bishop Shumway.

The Wells even took time out of their busy stop to come up to see us...so we invited the Vails to come up and enjoy the evening with us.

The Cunninghams even took time out of their trip to move to California to stop in and say Hi.  It was great to see them!

The Kratts stopped by long enough to let us take them out boating for a day.

We enjoyed boating, a little swimming and just relaxing on the side of the pond.

Aggie Family Day and Homecoming

A few weeks before Football Season began, we went to see what the football team was made of.

Luke....."O.k. I can do this!"

"I did it!"

SpencerD taking a shot at it!

Rex taking his turn!

Zach's right there, he just needs a contract now!

The boys enjoying getting the signature of Williams who was is the younger brother of Williams who rushed for....a lot of yards.....last year.

Luke's kick was good enough to suite up for the game!

First Day of School was right in the middle of all the Aggie fun days, but that didn't stop them from being excited for school!

And they're off!  No slowing them down on the first day of school.

Homecoming parade, the boys were ready for all the candy that was thrown.....even Luke got out in the action.

The boys were begging for a picture next to this "stunt" bull after they saw this.

Backpacking at Grand Daddy Lake

We are set and ready to go....

We made it and our first meal was a success, biscuits in the fire, with other stuff of course!

Breakfast was even a success the next morning and the boys ate everything.  With a stove and the fire, we could eat the bacon, eggs, and pancakes all at the same time.

Fishing was a success!  We caught 6 fish before we could even get everyone's hooks on.  We kept four of them and ate them for dinner.

The beautiful Grand Daddy Lake.

In all of our exploring, we found our "Lion's Rock" from last year.

Now that's a big mushroom.

The boys enjoy digging at home, and enjoy digging out in the wilderness.  "Here badger badger!"

We cooked our famous Jello in the cold stream to eat with our fish that night.

We were so proud of ourselves that we even found our same camping spot as last year.

We couldn't believe it was over so fast, but we sure enjoyed being together!  I think we were the only ones at the lake those few days....when we left on Wednesday we past about 70 people going to the lake.

Rex, bad shoes, and a scooter break

Rex was riding scooters with a friend and got his toe caught in a scooter break.  He got eight stitches in his big toe.  He was lucky he didn't cut any tendons. He was happy to get a slushy at Primary Childrens Hospital.

Luke's Luau!

We celebrated Luke's 1st birthday with a luau!  Well, it was six months late but that is only because who wants to attend a luau in December.  :)  Spencer served his mission in Hawaii so we have followed the Hawaiian tradition.  We had a great time and enjoyed the people who came.  The food was great and we had a ton of it!
