To my surprise, I got these pictures on the our camera. I guess the boys had a good time sneaking the camera. I thought it was fun to see what they took pictures of. Now I need to teach them how to focus the camera. :)

Hot days and water fights!
Today the kids got in a big water fight with the neighbor boys. They had a great time getting soaked. We have a very small back garden so they didn't have too far to run. The neighbors had big guns and ours were small. So Spencer got the hose out with a nossle on it and they were all soaked in minutes. Of course the water was ice cold so they were shivering buy the end.
It is nice to have neighbors that want to play even if they don't speak the same language.

Zachary and Rex are playing soccer again. They are getting better and they both have made many goals during the games. Last week Zachary made two and Rex made three. Rex actually was close to making five! If they make a goal we get to have ice cream!
Here is Zach ready on defense.
Yep, dad is coaching again.
Rex being creative while Zachary is playing.

A Mother's Day that will never be forgotten!
Sunday morning is when I got the surprise. I heard the kids get up about 6:50 and could hear them busy in the kitchen. I started to dream of a yummy breakfast because I thought my niece Jacqueline was down there with them. As soon as I showered and was ready it was about 7:30. They kept telling me not to come down so I had them bring me my lesson manual so I could go over my lesson one more time. I finished that and was getting a bit worried due to the time. About 8:05 and me waiting so patiently I called Zach up to ask him if Jacqueline was down there. To my surprise she was not. I started to panic. I had ten minutes to eat and get the boys ready for church. (Thankfully I had ironed shirts and set out clothes the night before.) I sent Zach upstairs to wake Jac up. Then to my surprise Spencer came up with a bowl of cereal and all the Mother's Day cards from the boys. I gave hugs and thanks and then ran downstair to get the other boys some cereal. To my surprise the kitchen was a huge mess. Spencer, my wonderful and thoughtful eight year old had tried to make me pancakes. They didn't turn out so well so he tried to make me eggs. Well, they didn't turn out so well so he quickly made a bowl of cereal and brought it to me in bed.
My cute thoughtful boys!
Okay that is a better one!
Here is a picture of the pancake batter that Spencer mixed up. He actually did a really good job at trying to figure it out. He just got too much water.
But really the best present for me this morning was Rex coming in so excited to tell me he didn't wet in his pull up. We have been working very hard the past few weeks and he has been dry two mornings in two weeks. I know it is just a little progress but it is big for me. :)
I love my family! Happy Mother's Day!
